Pregnancy week by week

Every week of a pregnancy brings a different set of changes. These pages follow them in order, from the two weeks before conception through to full term.

It is not always so easy to just calculate how many months you have been carrying your baby or which trimester you are in as the calculations of a pregnancy calendar is a little different than that of regular weeks and months. For instance, a month in pregnancy can consist of five weeks instead of four. So, it is quite common to get confused about how many months pregnant you are at a certain week.
